Here is a quick 'communication passport', that I made with my middle son Leo, who is 4. Leo loves the PC, netbooks, the Wii , laptops, his Dad's Iphone and anything in 2DIY. Leo' has language issues and needs a lots of support to structure meaningful sentences and questions..
He does already have a paper communication passport book like this, which he uses to aid his limited language, but this electronic version allows for the inclusion of voice and movement and was motivating and enjoyable for us to make.It is also a more longer lasting tool than its paper equivalent.

That is so wonderful. I am sure he will keep this and then show his children when he is older. What a wonderful memory for him of his family.

Hi Sparkly
Thanks for the comment. Yes I am sure he will keep it for a long time. Though in the short term something like this can be passed between home and school via a Learning Platform or in my case a simple USB stick.
